Local favourite, Faradays in Nottingham, is set to reopen on Monday 10th June following a significant £315,000 investment from Stonegate Group that has refreshed the interior of the venue to create a more luxurious ambiance whilst retaining its original charm. The pub is also set to reopen with a fantastic weekly entertainment schedule that promises to have something for everyone.

The transformative investment has created a new upstairs attic area with private bar and DJ area, perfect for any private functions or parties as well as new seating and improved TV and sports viewing in the main bar area downstairs. The main bar has also received a complete redesign to provide even faster service of Faradays’ tasty cocktails and refreshing Craft beers. The pub now also sports a new VIP booth area that is bookable for special occasions, which features a large HDTV screen, ideal for making sure guests have a front row seat to the upcoming Euro matches and other sporting events throughout the summer.

The design of the venue has also been refreshed, with new furniture, improved TV and audio facilities as well as mood lighting to transform the venue into a ultimate social destination in Hockley.

General Manager Reis Iszczak commented: “The refurbishment of Faradays has really breathed new life into the venue, the team have done an excellent job, everything you loved about Faradays just got better! The team and I are so excited to welcome back our familiar faces as well as any Nottingham visitors. The refresh has not only improved the look and feel of the pub but also our way of operating and we’re looking forward to providing our guests with a new and improved customer journey.”

Faradays has long been known and loved in Nottingham for its fun-filled activity and events offering. As the site reopens, their events schedule is getting bigger and better with something to entice everyone. Core favourites like bottomless brunch and 2-4-1 cocktails will be making a triumphant return and Faradays’ epic Wing Wednesday now features a fiery wing challenge for any brave guests wanting to partake. Wednesdays will be spicy in other ways too as Faradays is now introducing salsa dancing in the new attic space.

The entertainment shows no signs of slowing and guests can look forward to a high energy speed quiz every Thursday where all craft ales and cocktails are just £5, all day long! Heading into the weekend, live music Fridays will remain a staple and Sundays are transformed into Fara-Funday in honour of fellow hospitality workers. Every Fara-Funday Sunday industry stuff are welcome in Faradays to make the most of pints from a mere £2.50.
