Slug & Lettuce is thrilled to announce the launch of its summer food offering as it introduces three brand-new menus. The revitalised summer menus can be savoured alongside 2-4-1 all day, everyday cocktails, and are being introduced across all Slug & Lettuce sites. Guests can now also enjoy Afternoon Tea, extended Bottomless Brunch and an exciting Dinner & Date offer at their nearest venue.
The Slug & Lettuce brand has long been committed to creating spaces that focus on bringing people together to create memories and enjoy good times, with a strong sense of fun and playfulness running through to its core. Since its inception, Slug & Lettuce’s Bottomless Brunch has been a huge hit with guests across the nation, with many choosing to celebrate their special occasions brunching with their besties.
Guests can now transition their special occasions or casual catch ups from day to night with Slug & Lettuce’s daytime and evening Bottomless Brunch menus. The refreshed daytime menu will run until 4pm, with guests now able to take advantage of the new evening menu from 5pm. All sites will also offer an extended-hours bottomless drinks menu, which will be available from 5pm until 9pm Sunday through to Friday.
With bottomless Aperol Spritz and Strawberry Bellini’s on the cards, amongst other fan-favourite cocktails and mocktails, the new Bottomless Brunch menus are sure set to be a firm crowd pleaser. The evening Bottomless Brunch food menu offers a range of dishes which will differ from the daytime menu and will include a range of flavoursome dishes, from Caesar Salad Bowls to Mexican Chicken Tacos, there’s something for everyone.
Slug & Lettuce is also proudly launching Afternoon Tea with Non-Alcoholic and Tipsy variations available. Guests can take advantage of the brand-new offering Sunday through Friday, so after a weekend of summer shenanigans, what better way to unwind and relax than with friends over Sunday afternoon tea, whether that be with a cup of tea or prosecco for two!
During the day, guests can make the most of a brand-new Lunch & Brunch menu with succulent sandwiches, indulgent burgers and newly introduced Light Bites, for those looking a lighter option. Brunch is now available until 4pm and Slug & Lettuce’s newly introduced Dinner & Date menu starts at 5pm, through to 9pm, where guests can choose two starters, two mains and a bottle of wine from just £23 per person. Slug & Lettuce’s core daily menu has also undergone a transformation and guests can treat themselves to a number of delicious new menu items. Mix & Match specialities such as Halloumi Fries and Crispy Coated Prawns are destined fan-favourites and guests will be pleased to learn Slug & Lettuce’s infamous Sharer Plates will remain a prominent menu fixture. For those with a sweet tooth, the Sweets & Treats section is full of temptation, with Salted Caramel Brownie Bites and Warm Mini Churros on the menu, the whole table is likely to be asking for an extra spoon!
