Beloved Pontefract pub, the Beastfair Vault, has reopened following a huge six-figure investment, creating five new jobs in the local community.
The pub has been completely redecorated with a full interior refurbishment that gives it a fresh look and feel, with a new range of beverages set to entice locals into the renovated pub.
Bringing a renewed sense of comfort, the Pontefract pub now features cosy new furniture, while a fresh design throughout has given the Beastfair Vault a well-deserved makeover.
As part of the work completed, new decor now decorates the pub and creates a warmer atmosphere, while the bar is equipped with a new range of great-value beers, with pints such as John Smiths priced at just £2.60.
Perfect for live sport, The Beastfair Vault has upgraded its amenities with new Sky Q boxes, allowing it to show Sky, Sky Sports+, TNT Sports, Premier Sports, and even sport on Amazon Prime.
As part of the investment, a brand-new selection of HD TVs have been installed throughout the venue, meaning guests can now enjoy multiple matches or different sports simultaneously, making it to the go-to spot for sport in the area, with horse racing being particularly popular with locals at the Beastfair Vaults.
The refurbishment also includes a new dartboard being installed, giving locals the chance to channel their inner Luke Littler, with darts also being shown on the pub’s selection of HD TVs.
The Pontefract pub boasts a new selection of beers, ciders and wine, all at some of the most competitive price points in the area, as well as an extensive offering of no and low alcohol beverages, ensuring all guests are accommodated to.
Situated near walking spots, well-behaved dogs are welcome throughout, with this popular venue being a favourite among guests stopping by for a pint with their pet.

The pub boasts a lively weekly events schedule, featuring drink loyalty offers all day on Monday and Darts on Tuesday, with Race Day on Wednesday from 12-4pm. Thursday is the popular Quiz Night, while Friday sees Soul Sessions with soul music played throughout the afternoon. The popular karaoke nights also take place every week on Friday and Saturday nights.
At the weekend, guests can catch all the big games live, enjoy local live entertainment and karaoke on Saturday nights, and take part in Sunday favourites like bingo and Chase the Joker with plenty of fantastic prizes up for grabs.
