Pat Molloy’s on North Hill in Colchester will be hosting a three-day musical extravaganza over the Diamond Jubilee Weekend with a total of twenty live acts taking part.

Starting off proceedings with a bang, the team at Pat Molloy’s have managed to secure Kasbian DJ, Dan Mark Ralph as their headline act on Saturday 2nd June.

Sunday 3rd June sees I Am Tich take to the stage. No stranger to a gig or two, I Am Tich has performed at top festivals including Glastonbury and VFestival as well as supporting Pixie Lott, Justin Bieber and Paulo Nuntini. The 19 year old has also received plaudits from One Direction and The Wanted via Twitter for her cover versions of their songs.

Monday 4th June is the turn of Alexa Goddard. Already feeling the hand of fame Alexa, who is 22, has already achieved a top 20 hit in the UK Singles Chart with her version of Turn My Swag On, as well as a number one spot in the UK Indie Chart. With over 11million views of her YouTube channel and over 56,000 subscribers, Alexa is definitely one to watch.

Dan Saxton, Manager of Pat Molloy’s said: “We’re thrilled with the calibre of acts that are coming down to Pat Molloy’s and already, we’ve had a huge amount of interest from our customers.

“In addition to these great acts, we’ve also managed to sign up some top local bands as well. We’ve got the following acts coming down to the bar to make it a weekend to remember; Angry Vs The Bear, Broken Heads, The Argonauts and Intothenorthsea with plenty more other acts to come. We’re really passionate about live music at Pat Molloy’s and of course, wanted to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee in a way that’s fitting for our customers, so we thought a music festival showcasing some of the best musical talent around would be the perfect celebration.”

Entry to Pat Molloy’s will be free of charge over the festival if you arrive before 8pm. Entry is £2 between 8-10pm and £4 after 10pm. A limited number of tickets giving you access to the bands over the weekend cost just £10.
