Two Brewers is hosting its annual street party on Saturday 25 June, which will include 26 cabaret acts performing on the outdoor stage. The venue is, once again, closing the street in order to celebrate and has an exceptional line-up of entertainment acts. The pub welcomes everyone to dance, have some fun and support the LGBTQ+ community. Drag artists that were in attendance on the day included Mrs Moore, Cosmic, Amy Laqueefa, Lady Imalda, Rose Garden, The Duchess, Miss Jason, Shania Pain, Louis Cyfer, Brenda laBeau, Son of a Tutu and the Drag Idol 2022 Winner. The host of the day was the one and only Miss Penny. The party continued late into the evening inside the Two Brewers bar.

 

Jimmy Smith, General Manager of the Two Brewers, said: “We have lots of Pride celebrations planned and they are great ways to create something special to commemorate this amazing month and beautiful community. On Saturday 2 July, The Two Brewers is hosting an amazing Pride London afterparty, on the day of the Pride parade in London. Starting at 7pm, DJs Demon and Phill Marriot will spin the decks throughout the evening, and there will also be live Cabaret performances from Poppycock and Mary Mac.

 

The Two Brewers will be making donations to multiple charities across its Pride celebrations and continues its ongoing support of Stonewall Housing, a charity that works to ensure lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people live in safer homes, free from fear. For every pint and can of Portobello Road Brewery’s Polari sold, the brewery donates 10p and 5p, respectively to the charity.

Halfway to Heaven, Charing Cross is hosting a celebration of Pride, on Saturday 2 July from 12pm, and it a non-ticketed event, so anyone can attend on the day. From 3pm onwards, the bar is hosting a big party with cabaret acts from different drag artists. The hosts of the day will be Mrs Moore, Tanya Hyde and Miss Moppe. The pub will open its doors from 12pm, and you can enjoy a few drinks before the cabaret acts begin.

 

Heather Elliot, General Manager of Halfway to Heaven, said: “I am so excited about this party, and I cannot wait to meet all of our guests on this special day. We are planning a party that people will remember for years to come. The event will feature some of the best drag artists performing great cabaret sets. It is a special day for all members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as all those who support diversity.”

 

Throughout the month of Pride, Halfway to Heaven are supporting the charity Positive 21, which is a support group for gay, bisexual and MSM men living with HIV and/or AIDS and provides support to these individuals. The bar is also continuing its ongoing support for the charity Stonewall Housing.

To celebrate the 50 years of Pride, The Village is holding a stellar party on Saturday 2 July from 1pm until 5am, and a good time is guaranteed. The event is free of entry before 8pm, but between 8pm and 11pm tickets will be £5 and £10 afterwards. There is a line-up of exciting DJ including, Niklas Liljesand, Vivian Bambam and Alex Myles, who will be bringing the party to life with amazing tunes. This will be an entertaining day to celebrate 50 years of pride together.

Admiral Duncan, London is celebrating Pride with an amazing party, on Saturday 2 July from 12pm with multiple cabaret acts from notorious drag artists. Cabaret acts will start from 2pm and the host of the evening will be the talented Son of a Tutu. The Duke of Wellington will be hosting a Pride Icons Party on Saturday 2 July from 12pm to 1am, and it is not to be missed. There will be DJ sets from David Robson and Heidi Liscious, so you can dance and party the night away to some brilliant tunes. The venue will also be fundraising for the charity The Food Chain, which offers individuals living with HIV in London cooking and nutrition classes as well as communal eating opportunities and grocery and meal deliveries. Everyone is welcome to come and party, celebrate pride and support a great charity.
